RexReport currently reports on foreclosure data on 11 Texas counties, which include the cites of Austin, San Antonio, and Laredo. In each of these counties they report on foreclosure postings in books known for having “Posted Foreclosures.” These books can be used as an investor tool to help find pre-foreclosure investment opportunities as well as auction opportunities. A second book, only available in Bexar, Travis, Williamson and Webb counties, reports on the auction sales in those counties. We call this book the “Sold Report.” In some other locations investors may call this a R.E.O. report (Real Estate Owned). Our report includes all private lender sales including those bought by local investors as well as institutions.
