Mr. Michael C. Uresti has over 12 years with the City of San Antonio. This year, Mr. Uresti has been serving as the Development Services Manager for the City of San Antonio’s Development Services Department. He is charged with managing the department’s code enforcement inspections ranging from San Antonio Property Maintenance, Dangerous Structures, to Zoning and Permitting for all structures in San Antonio.

Mr. Michael R. Constantino has over 19 years with the City of San Antonio. Over the past two years, Mr. Constantino has been serving as the Development Services Administrator for the City of San Antonio’s Development Services Department. He is charged with managing the department’s inspections of residential structures, commercial/industrial structures, the special inspections program, the sign review & inspections division, and the department’s fleet.

SAREIA is also a terrific place to network with like-minded folks and build your real estate investing team. Several vendors will be in attendance to answer questions about private money, title closings, rehabs, buying wholesale deals, etc.
